Stone Cat Photogrammetry

This is a personal project.

Tried photogrammetry for the first time with Meshroom. At home I have a little cat statue made of tuff stone. I thinked about how to replicate it in 3d  and I focused on photogrammetry techniques. This is my very first model so not all went like I desired, but at the end i’m pretty sactisfied with result. In the future I will focus more on shooting right photos in order to get better model since in this test photos exposures and depth of field was very wrong to generate a correct diffuse map. So I decided not to use the tuff material of the statue itself and I switched over some renderings of different procedural materials (with super awesome Cycles Material Vault) in Blender 2.79 (Since i unwrapped the model to work correctly)

Geometry generated in Meshroom, sculpting refinement and retopology in Blender 2.79 and rendering in Cycles
